Clear Heat Tea Cooking Instructions - Leung Cha
FIRST HERBAL INFUSION
- Break up the monk fruit into small pieces, keeping all peices including the shell.
- Rinse all herbs, add into muslin bag and place into a pot with 1.5L water.
- Bring to boil and simmer for 30 mins.
- Serve warm or cool. Store any leftovers in the fridge.
(OPTIONAL) SECOND HERBAL INFUSION
- Using the same herbs as the first herbal infusion, place into a pot with 1L water.
- Bring to boil and then simmer for 20mins
- Serve warm or cool. Store any leftovers in the fridge.
