  • Currently delivering from us to you within Australia thanks to Sendle and Australia Post. NOTE: Sendle does not deliver to PO Boxes or Australia Post Parcel Lockers. Express post, WA and regional orders will be posted via Aus Post.
  • FREE STANDARD shipping on all orders over $100.00
  • FLAT RATE STANDARD shipping of $10.00 AUSTRALIA WIDE for orders less than $100.00
  • FLAT RATE EXPRESS SHIPPING shipping of $15.00 AUSTRALIA WIDE for all orders. 
  • FREE pickup from Camberwell Junction, Melbourne. Details will be provided at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email to organise a preferred date and time when your order is ready for pickup. Pickup is APPOINTMENT ONLY.


Shipping Times

  • All blends are made to order. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Dispatch times may be longer during busy periods.
  • Express post delivery times via Australia Post - please click here for full details.
  • Postpartum packages are dispatched as per agreed timeframe.
  • Standard shipping can take 2-5 business days to be delivered to you from dispatch. Delivery to WA can take up to 10 business days.
  • Please note that due to the increase online orders, our couriers are experiencing delays. These shipping timeframes are a guide only and may vary. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for your order to arrive.


Returns, Replacements & Exchanges.

We strive to ensure all our customers are 100% satisfied with our products and service. We take pride in the being able to offer high quality herbs at affordable prices and take great care in packaging our products for shipment to ensure they arrive to you in the best condition. We understand mistakes can be made and are happy to resolve any issues with you.

  • We are unable to accept returns or exchange of products due to a change of mind, mistaken purchase or unwanted gifts. Please choose carefully. 
  • Please inspect your parcel immediately upon receiving. If you received the wrong product or your product is damaged when received, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Please send us your full name & photo of your damaged item to to qualify for a refund or replacement.
  • We may request the item be returned before a refund or replacement is granted and in some cases the postage costs of returning the item will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement or return will not be accepted.
