MATERNITY LEAVE UPDATE - OCTOBER - DECEMBER 2026.

As of October 2026, I will be on maternity leave to prepare and make space for my own postpartum recovery and Zuo Yue Zi 坐月子 with Baby Herb #2.

Postpartum Packages

Our 28 Day Postpartum Packages will remain available to order while I’m on maternity leave.

Throughout October - November, replies from The Herborium may be a little slower while I settle into our newborn bubble and focus on my own postpartum confinement.

If you’re expecting, you have two options:

You can continue to order directly through The Herborium by reaching out to us via our Contact Us page or email to hello@theherborium.com.au or you can order through our beautiful partner, Elan House of Wellness while I’m on maternity leave.

If you already have a Postpartum Package ordered with us, nothing changes. Your package will be prepared and delivered according to the timeframe we have already agreed on.

Core Blends And Staples Orders Via The Website

Herbal blends and staples orders through the website will be available to order during this time, however we will not be dispatching orders until January 2027.

Thank you for all your orders, messages and support as I head into this next season. It feels very special to spend so much of my time helping other women prepare for postpartum, and now to be preparing for my own all over again.

  • FREE STANDARD shipping on all orders over $120.00*

  • FLAT RATE STANDARD shipping of $12.00 AUSTRALIA WIDE for orders less than $120.00* 

  • FLAT RATE EXPRESS shipping of $19.95 AUSTRALIA WIDE for all orders*

  • Please note that postpartum package orders may incur a shipping fee depending on your location due to the bulk package. A quote will be provided to you upon application.

Dispatch & Shipping Times

  • How we work:

We hand-blend every order fresh in Melbourne, which means your herbs are prepared with intention, just for you.

Orders are dispatched once per week (Monday or Tuesday).
To be included in the upcoming dispatch, please place your order by Saturday.

Because each blend is made to order, we appreciate your patience, it allows us to deliver herbs at their freshest.

  • Postpartum packages will be dispatched as per the agreed timeframe.
  • Express post delivery times via Australia Post - please click here for full details.

  • Standard shipping can take 2-5 business days to be delivered to you from dispatch. Delivery to WA can take up to 10 business days.

We strive to ensure all our customers are 100% satisfied with our products and service. We take pride in the being able to offer high quality herbs at affordable prices and take great care in packaging our products for shipment to ensure they arrive to you in the best condition. We understand mistakes can be made and are happy to resolve any issues with you.

  • We are unable to accept returns or exchange of products due to a change of mind, mistaken purchase or unwanted gifts. Please choose carefully as all blends are made-to-order. 
  • Please inspect your parcel immediately upon receiving. If you received the wrong product, you are missing a product or your product is damaged when received, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Please send us your full name, order number & photo of your damaged item to hello@theherborium.com.au to qualify for a refund or replacement.
