Dispatch & Shipping Times
- How we work:
We hand-blend every order fresh in Melbourne, which means your herbs are prepared with intention, just for you.
Orders are dispatched once per week (Monday or Tuesday).
To be included in the upcoming dispatch, please place your order by Saturday.
Because each blend is made to order, we appreciate your patience, it allows us to deliver herbs at their freshest.
- Postpartum packages will be dispatched as per the agreed timeframe.

- Standard shipping can take 2-5 business days to be delivered to you from dispatch. Delivery to WA can take up to 10 business days.

We take pride in the being able to offer high quality herbs at affordable prices and take great care in packaging our products for shipment to ensure they arrive to you in the best condition. We understand mistakes can be made and are happy to resolve any issues with you.
- We are unable to accept returns or exchange of products due to a change of mind, mistaken purchase or unwanted gifts. Please choose carefully as all blends are made-to-order.
- Please inspect your parcel immediately upon receiving. If you received the wrong product, you are missing a product or your product is damaged when received, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Please send us your full name, order number & photo of your damaged item to hello@theherborium.com.au to qualify for a refund or replacement.
