Rice Paper Pith - Recommended Serving Suggestions

Rice Paper Pith 通草 is a common TCM herb used to promote lactation, reduce dampness and promote urination.

TCM properties: sweet, bland, slightly cooling

Served as a drink

Option 1: Add a handful (3-5g) with 150ml water or milk / mylk into a pot bring to just before boiling before reducing to low heat for ~15 - 20 mins. Option to add your preferred sweetener at the end. Strain rice paper pith and serve warm.

Option 2: Add a handful to our herbal TEA "RDT".
