Also known as the women's herb, Angelica Root Dang Gui is an essential herb for women's reproductive health in TCM. It nourishes, builds, regulates and circulates blood which makes this herbs especially beneficial after menses. Due to it's nourishing properties, this herb also supports relief of constipation by moistening the intestines and moves the bowels.
Modern research has found that it has similar effects to estrogen in women and can be used to support female infertility, irregular menstrual flow and pain and menopausal problems.
This herb can be consumed by males too.
