A staple in Southern Chinese cuisine and commonly used in dishes to impart both a sweet and umami flavour without the fishy taste. Dried scallops are rich in protein, essential minerals and vitamins.

How To Use
How To Use
- To prepare: soaking in water for ~1 hour, or until soften. Once rehydrated tear up the scallops into their smaller fibres.
- Add to steamed egg, congee and stir fries.
- If adding to soups and stews, they do not need to be rehydrated.

Refrigerate in an airtight container once received. You can also freeze them for longer storage.
