A staple in Southern Chinese cuisine and commonly used in dishes to impart both a sweet and umami flavour without the fishy taste. Dried scallops are rich in protein, essential minerals and vitamins.

How To Use
How To Use
To prepare: soaking in water for ~1 hour, or until soften. Once rehydrated tear up the scallops into their smaller muscle fibers.
Add to steamed egg, congee and stir fries.
If adding to soups and stews, they do not need to be rehydrated.

Refrigerate in an airtight container once received. You can also freeze them for longer storage.
