Goji Berries (Gou Zi Qi) - strengthens the kidney & nourishes the liver, boosts eye health
Solomon’s Seal (Yu Zhu) – nourishes Yin, lungs & stomach
Dried Ginger (Gan Jiang) – aid is nausea relief, warms the spleen and lungs, boosts Qi and Yang, expels phlegm
Xin Hui Tangerine Peel (Chen Pi) - aids in nausea relief, warms the spleen, dries dampness, relieves bloating
