Sweet and nourishing, these are traditionally used to strengthen Qi energy, enrich the Blood, and calm the Spirit – perfect for restoring energy and promoting emotional balance.

Black Dates (Hei Zao)
Known for strengthening the Spleen and Stomach and nourishing Blood, they provide a natural energy boost and support overall vitality.

Longan (Gui Yuan Rou)
Traditionally used to nourish the Heart, Blood, and Spleen, it calms the Spirit and helps replenish energy levels.

Goji Berries (Gou Qi Zi)
Packed with antioxidants, these berries strengthen the Kidney, nourish the Liver, and support eye health – ideal for overall rejuvenation.

Codonopsis (Dang Shen)

Warming and delicious

I was lucky enough to have this tea gifted to me postpartum and I had to order more for myself and for some postpartum mummas I know. So warming nourishing and delicious

Great taste, warm and nourishing

Loving this tea for post partum. It's taste great! It's simple to make and feels nourishing during my recovery period. Highly recommend!

A personal favourite!

I enjoyed this tea during postpartum, and although now I am not in my postpartum phase, I regularly drink this tea during the colder or windy months, or a few days before and after my periods. Its tasty, warming and nourishing. I used to get cold hands and feet and or sick often during winter but now drinking this tea more regularly, I am not as prone to the common colds during winter. Bonus when it helps me with my energy levels due to lower iron levels. Highly recommend the red date tea although you are not in the postpartum phase.

Great quality and just so easy

I have just been gifted this as I had a miscarriage and finding this so simple and easy and gives me less headaches finding good quality herbs and all packaged in servings. However the shipping did take at least 2 weeks which is a little slow

This tea is so grounding and sweet, you can simmer the spices and I reuse them over a few days! Seriously feels so nourishing and warming. I started having this tea at the end of my pregnancy and it’s been a craving in my post partum! Love herborium!

Delicious with high quality ingredients!

I made this tea with some ginger and rock sugar, and 2 litres of water. It is delicious and nourishing, can feel my hands and feet warming up after half an hour!
