Snow Fungus (Xue Er)
Celebrated for its ability to nourish Yin, rejuvenate skin, and boost collagen, promoting a radiant complexion.

Lily Bulb (Bai He)
Known for nourishing Yin, moistening the Lungs, and calming the Spirit, it helps keep your skin hydrated and your mind at ease.

Red Dates (Hong Zao)
Sweet and nourishing, these are traditionally used to strengthen Qi energy, enrich the Blood, and calm the Spirit, supporting overall vitality and a healthy glow.

American Ginseng (Xi Yang Shen)
Known for nourishing Yin and Qi energy, it helps boost immunity, reduce fatigue, and promote a revitalised, energised feeling.

Recipe & Ritual

Herbal flavour strength: light - moderate

Just add protein, water and aromatics all into a pot and let the aroma fill your house with comfort. Level up with a serve of shiitake mushrooms.

Best paired with chicken or pork. You can choose to create a vegan variation. 

Served on its own or as a delicious side. This method serves 4 mains or 6 - 8 sides.

Use as a broth base for a hearty noodle soup or congee.
