Chrysanthemum, Goji Berry & Red Date Tea – 菊花枸杞红枣茶
An Original Tonic Tea to Restore Balance in Times of Yin Deficiency
Yin Replenish is a traditional Chinese tonic tea, we can utilise this classic formula to support the body when internal heat accumulates due to a lack of Yin. This soothing blend combines Chrysanthemum (ju hua), Goji Berry (gou qi zi), and Red Date (hong zao), working together to restore a sense of balance to due lack of Yin causing abundant heat.
Yin Replenish encourages restful sleep, whilst supporting the nervous system and eases agitation linked to Yin and Blood deficiency. Chrysanthemum provides a cooling and clarifying effect, Goji Berry nourishes the Liver and Kidneys to support vision and vitality, and Red Date offers gentle sweetness while strengthening the Spleen and harmonising the overall blend.
Ideal during periods of dryness causing restlessness, this tea restores inner balance with a calming clarifying function.
