strengthening
your digestive system.

DIGEST 祛湿红豆粥 is a nourishing blend designed to support your digestive health with the best damp-reducing TCM food ingredients. Inspired by the classic Asian red bean dessert soup often served after a heavy meal, this blend combines Organic Australian Adzuki Beans with herbs like Chinese Barley, Dry-Aged Tangerine Peel, and Lotus Seeds to boost Spleen Qi and promote healthy digestion.

For an indulgent dessert, add tapioca balls, taro balls, rice cakes or glutinous rice balls to take it to the next level! Any left-overs can also be made into a popsicle!
