A prized asian delicacy in TCM and Chinese cuisine for its rich collagen content that is Yin nourishing. It is considered one of the top 4 delicacies in Asia.

Fish maw is dried swim bladder of fish that helps them maintain buoyancy. They contain high viscosity gel protein which is important for preserving skin complexion as well as supporting health tissue grown and digestion. Add this precious ingredient to your soups and stews for a gelatinous chewy texture filled with healthy proteins and nutrients.

Pre and postpartum - consume once a week in soups to promote skin elasticity

Male fertility - in TCM, consuming fish maw has been known to aid in supporting sperm health. 

Depending on the size of fish maw, 100g = ~5 pieces

Generally tasteless but absorbs sauces well.

Nourish yin, tonify blood, replenish the kidney.

How To Use

To prepare: soaking in water overnight, or until soften before adding to your dishes.

If adding to soups that will be simmered for 2+ hours, they do not need to be rehydrated.

Dip in soy sauce / sesame oil for extra flavour.

Storage

Refrigerate in an airtight container once received.
