How To Use

Soak for 30 mins or until fully reconstituted before cooking or adding to salads. Once rehydrated it will expand 4 times its size.
Add to stir fries or soups.
Use in a braised chicken dishes.
Sautee and add as a topping on congee.
Add to a refreshing salad for extra crunch and texture. They will soak up sauces beautifully.
