Solomon’s Seal (Yu Zhu)
Known for nourishing Yin and supporting lung and stomach health, helping to keep your body hydrated and balanced.

Red Dates (Hong Zao)
Sweet and nourishing, these are celebrated for strengthening Qi energy, enriching the blood, and calming the spirit – ideal for maintaining energy and emotional balance.

Shiitake Mushrooms (Hua Gu)
Rich in nutrients, they support the spleen, stomach, and lungs, helping your body absorb essential nutrients more effectively.

Lily Bulb (Bai He)
Known for nourishing Yin, moistening the lungs, and calming the spirit, this herb helps keep your skin and body hydrated.

Recipe & Ritual

Herbal flavour strength: light - moderate

Just add protein, water and aromatics all into a pot and let the aroma fill your house with comfort.

Best paired with pork. You can also choose to create a vegan variation. 

Served on its own or as a delicious side. This method serves 4 mains or 6 - 8 sides.

Use as a broth base for a hearty noodle soup or congee.
