As your body undergoes changes, including skin stretching and increased demands on your pelvic floor and joints, this blend offers valuable support to maintain skin vitality, encourage tissue repair, and enhance skin elasticity.

Nature: neutral

Chinese Yam (Huai Shan) – nourishes the spleen & lungs

Solomon’s Seal (Yu Zhu) – nourishes Yin, lungs & stomach

Red Dates (Hong Zao) - strengthens Qi energy & spleen, nourishes the blood & calms the spirit

Shiitake Mushrooms (Hua Gu) - supports spleen, stomach and lungs

Lily Bulb (Bai He) - nourishes Yin, moistens the lungs, calms the spirit

Lotus Seed (Bai Lian Zi) - nourishes the kidney & spleen

Snow Fungus (Xue Er) - nourishes Yin & lungs, rejuvenates skin & boosts collagen

Black Soy Bean (Hei Wu Dou) - nourishes blood and Yin

Recipe

Herbal flavour strength: light - moderate

Just add protein, water and aromatics all into a pot and let the aroma fill your house with comfort.

Best paired with pork. You can also choose to create a vegan variation. 

Served on its own or as a delicious side. This method serves 4 mains or 6 - 8 sides.

Use as a broth base for a hearty noodle soup or congee.
