Solomon’s Seal (Yu Zhu)
Known for nourishing Yin and supporting lung and stomach health, helping to keep your body hydrated and balanced.

Red Dates (Hong Zao)
Sweet and nourishing, these are celebrated for strengthening Qi energy, enriching the blood, and calming the spirit – ideal for maintaining energy and emotional balance.

Shiitake Mushrooms (Hua Gu)
Rich in nutrients, they support the spleen, stomach, and lungs, helping your body absorb essential nutrients more effectively.

Lily Bulb (Bai He)
Known for nourishing Yin, moistening the lungs, and calming the spirit, this herb helps keep your skin and body hydrated.

Lotus Seed (Bai Lian Zi)
Traditionally used to nourish the kidney and spleen, promoting overall vitality and supporting healthy skin.

Snow Fungus (Xue Er)
Celebrated as “nature’s Botox,” this ingredient nourishes Yin, rejuvenates skin, and boosts collagen for a radiant, youthful glow.

Black Soy Bean (Hei Wu Dou)
Known for nourishing blood and Yin, this herb supports overall vitality and helps maintain healthy skin and hair.

Herbal flavour strength: light - moderate
