Our "Soothe" 润肺止咳汤 blend is designed to nourish your lungs and support a healthy respiratory system. This herbaceous blend is formulated to soothe sore throats and help relieve coughs. It works by clearing internal heat, moisturising the lungs and throat, and helping to clear phlegm, promoting overall respiratory comfort and wellbeing.
This blend also makes a bonus monk fruit cooling tea! A great accompaniment to your tonic soup to aid in clearing internal heat. Best made with a handful of the herborium Chrysanthemum flowers.

DRAGON’S TONGUE LEAF (Long Li Ye) – nourishes lungs, relieves coughs, aids digestion
DRIED PEAR (Ya Li Gan) – clears heat, nourishes lungs, lubricates throat, relieves dry coughs
SWEET APRICOT KERNELS (blanched) (Bei Xing Ren) – relieves coughs, expels phlegm, aids digestion
BITTER APRICOT KERNELS (blanched) (Bei Xing Ren) – relieves coughs, expels phlegm, aids digestion
SOLOMON’S SEAL (Yu Zhu) - nourishes Yin, lungs & stomach
LIQUORICE ROOT (Gan Cao) - strengthens the stomach & boosts digestion, replenishes Qi energy
FRITILLARIA BULBS (Chuan Bei) - clears lung heat, relieves cough and resolves phlegm
MALVA NUT (Pang Da Hai) – clears lung heat, aids sore throat relief
MONK FRUIT (Luo Han Guo) – nourishes lungs, aids sore throat relief, reduces phlegm

Just add protein, water and aromatics all into a pot and let the aroma fill your house with comfort. Level up with a serve of shiitake mushrooms.
Best paired with pork bones or ribs. You can also choose to create a vegan variation.
Served on its own or as a delicious side. This method serves 4 mains or 6 - 8 sides.
Use as a broth base for a hearty noodle soup or congee.
